The Silver Reed SK840 Metal Bed Home Knitting Machine is a part of the SK800 Modular Electronic Knitting System.It can do stockinette, slip, tuck, fairisle, thread lace, knit-weaving and plating.4.5mm /5.6 Gauge is the most versatile of knitting machines because every other needle will produce a 9mm bulkier spacing but using every needle will give you a standard sweater knit.
With the addition of a ribber ( not included) you can knit in circles for items such as hats, and socks, make ribs, pin tucks, racking patterns and oh so much more!
